Apple, pear and apricot fruit snack

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of water - 1 apple (peeled and cut into pieces) - 750 grams of dried apricot (cut into pieces) - 1 pear (peeled and cut into pieces)

Heat the water in a small pan and add the apple and dried apricot. Bring the mixture to the boil and then let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the pear and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Then let it cool and puree with the blender until smooth. Your little one will love it!

The perfect fruit snack for the true sweet tooth! Due to possible allergic reactions, it is recommended that you give raspberries to your child from the age of 12 months. This fruit snack is super easy to make! You peel an apple and cut it into small pieces. Then you throw the apple together with lots of raspberries in the blender, puree for a moment and you're done!

Sweet potato with a pear fruit snack

Ingredients: 2 sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into small pieces) - 1 ripe pear (peeled and cut into small pieces) - 2 tablespoons of olive oil - 3 to 4 leaves of fresh mint

Sweet potato may not be fruit, but it is incredibly healthy for young children. In addition to being bursting with healthy vitamins and nutrients, it tastes nice and sweet and is easy to puree. For this fruit snack, cook sweet potato for 15 minutes. Allow the potato to cool and drain. Add the pear, olive oil and mint leaves and puree with a blender. If the fruit snack is a bit too thick, you can dilute it a little by adding water.
